1. Delivery Service Overview:
- Golden Key Rent Car LLC provides a convenient car delivery service to our valued customers in Dubai, UAE.
- The delivery service is available for both rental pickups and returns.
2. Delivery Areas:
- Our standard delivery service covers locations within Dubai city limits.
- Delivery to other Emirates may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.
3. Reservation and Confirmation:
- Customers must request delivery service at the time of making the reservation.
- Golden Key Rent Car LLC will confirm the availability of the delivery service during the reservation confirmation process.
4. Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location.
- Charges will be communicated to the customer during the reservation process.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside regular business hours.
5. Delivery Timeframe:
- Customers can specify their preferred delivery time during the reservation.
- Golden Key Rent Car LLC will make every effort to deliver the car within the requested timeframe.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be informed accordingly.
6. Customer Presence:
- Customers or their authorized representatives must be present at the specified location to receive the vehicle.
- Valid identification and relevant rental documentation must be presented upon delivery.
7. Inspection and Handover:
- A Golden Key Rent Car LLC representative will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle before handing it over to the customer.
- The customer is encouraged to participate in the inspection process to ensure mutual understanding of the vehicle's condition.
8. Return Process:
- For return deliveries, customers are required to schedule the pickup time with Golden Key Rent Car LLC.
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as during the initial delivery.
9. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations or changes to delivery requests must be communicated to Golden Key Rent Car LLC at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payments taken upfront from customers will be refunded as Points (Vouchers) to the customer if the customer cancels the booking before 48 hours . The customer can use the specific voucher for his/her next rental. The same policy applies to security deposits only if the company can not send the amount to specific countries by bank transfer. In some cases, once the company refunds the deposit partially, the rest of the amount will be sent to the customer as Points (Vouchers) as per the company decision.
